How can we develop intuition to access unconscious insights and support personal growth?
Within the framework of Jungian personality theory, intuition is defined as perception via the unconscious. Developing this function supports us in generating abstract insights, recognizing archetypal patterns and symbols, and making connections that go beyond the obvious. In this month’s workshop, we’ll explore how to harness and refine intuition to support personal growth, expansion of consciousness, and cultivate a connection to the inner depths of the psyche.
Topics include:
- Introduction to Jungian Typology (personality type) and the four cognitive functions (thinking, feeling, sensation, intuition)
- The difference between introverted and extraverted intuition
- How to identify and develop intuition
- Exercises and practices to connect to intuition
- How to balance intuition with grounded, embodied insights
