This class is part 1 of Dreamwork Foundations, a 2-month program held in The Artemisian's membership community. The first class focuses on the foundational principles of Jungian and Archetypal dreamwork—two complementary approaches that offer both interpretive methods and ways to engage with a dream’s full imaginal potential. We examine how dreams bridge the different layers of the psyche, learn techniques for dreamwork, deepen our understanding of inner symbols, and discuss practical tips for developing a dreamwork practice that supports self-development.
